Hold your key and enter your property once per month to flush toilet & do a quick security check, check water system & electricity (Extra checks can be arranged at an extra cost. )

Key Handover Service
Hours 7am to 8pm P.O.A.
Hours 8pm to 12midnight P.O.A.
Welcome your guest to your property, show your appliances, air-conditioning instructions, etc and inform of local tourist information.

Welcome Packs
Welcome packs can be arranged to tailor your needs, we shop & all will be delivered for your arrival. Just email us a shopping list a week before your flight.
Other shopping requests can be arranged.

(We send laundry to dry cleaners in the peak season, so prices above may vary.)
We also do, Sofa, Pillow, Mattress covers etc. Any items not suitable for washing machine are dry cleaners price per item TBA.

Window Cleaning / Shutters
Small Windows (inside and outside) price depends on size of property.
Patio Windows (inside and outside) price depends on size of property.

Why not have your windows cleaned “all year round”, once per month all windows
